📏 Specs and care
Ceramic mugs
15 oz (440 ml) — 4.5 inches tall, 3.4 inches across. High-quality ceramic in black gloss, decorated with full-wrap dye sublimation, so the design runs all the way around rather than sitting on one face.
Dishwasher safe and microwave safe. No special handling.
Worth knowing: 15 oz is a large mug. If you are used to a standard 11 oz, this holds roughly a third more — good for a long reading session, slightly heavy if you like to hold it one-handed.
Insulated tumblers
20 oz stainless steel, double-wall vacuum insulated, UV printed, non-BPA.
Hand wash only. These cannot go in the dishwasher. This is the detail people miss, and a dishwasher cycle will damage the print. If you want something you can put in the machine without thinking, buy a mug instead.
Delivery
Production takes 3 to 5 business days, then shipping is 5 to 7 business days. Plan on roughly two weeks in total, and add margin in December — print-on-demand is slowest exactly when you need it most.
Mug or tumbler?
Buy the mug if it lives on a desk or a kitchen counter, if somebody else might wash it, or if it is a gift for a person you have not watched do their washing up.
Buy the tumbler if it travels — a commute, a library, a long afternoon where you want the drink to still be warm three hours later. Accept the hand-washing as the price.
